EUBC European Schoolboy Boxing Championships

Dublin 2013 (28th July - 4th August)
Age Classification:

Boxers who were born between January 1, 1999 – December 31, 2000

are eligible to participate (ages 13 - 14).

Weight Classification:

The Championships will be staged in 18 Weight Categories:

38,5kg, 40kg, 41,5kg, 43kg, 44,5kg, 46kg, 48kg, 50kg, 52kg, 54kg, 56kg, 59kg, 62kg, 65kg, 68kg, 72kg, 76kg, 76+kg

Rounds Three (3) rounds of three (1,5) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds.

SIXTY EUROPEAN SCHOOLBOY MEDALS

Following the conclusion of the 11th EUBC European Schoolboy Championships in Dublin yesterday, Ireland’s boxers have now claimed sixty medals at this level over the last decade, an average of over five medals per tournament.

Just over half of the above total have been won this decade.
